Can’t say enough good things about Cole. We have moved around a lot recently and Cole helped us sell our home in CO. He went ABOVE and BEYOND in the process. He came over every. single. day. to do routine maintenance on our saltwater fish tank while we were already living in another state. I don’t think he even knew where to start with a saltwater fish tank but handled it like a pro. Not to mention the fish tank disaster we had!! Again, Cole handled it like a pro and made for a great story to tell. Ask him about it when you select him for buying/selling! Not only was he there doing everything the house required but he handled some pretty serious issues that arose during the process. We could have been really damaged financially if it wasn’t for Cole and his vast network of connections. We got the house sold for the asking price and made out on top in the end. If it wasn’t for Cole we would not be in the great place we are now! Use Cole Maurer! Seriously, he’s that good.
