Buying a home in the Denver Area can be a treacherous process. That being said Cole provided amazing service in making himself available to look at homes and submit timely offers to sellers. He was very knowledgeable in the process and alleviated much of our anxiety-driven mania to the best of his abilities. He was extremely responsive and professional while coordinating with our lender and negotiating with our seller. On top of that, he has provided us with great local contacts for home maintenance companies, and even provided us with a great lender contact who closed our 3rd contract in 8 days!!! Cole has also followed up with us after closing to make sure we were satisfied with our new home and to see if we needed any further support!
We were unfortunate in having two previous contracts go under due to poor agents on the seller's side (both homes we were under previous contracts with are no longer for sale). Cole endured and push through both trials professionally! Even when the second contracts' seller/agent cussed Cole (and our lender) out. Cole always maintained extreme professionalism!!!
My husband and I greatly appreciate his efforts and kind of miss having him around to bug about this and that!:) He's a great and hardworking individual. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
